Athlete Strength Conditioning Program
This program will begin on Tuesday September 8th and run til Friday November 13th, 2009.
- Sessions will run Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights.
- There will be 5 available time slots to choose from.
- Available times will be 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7pm. Session will run 60 minutes.
- Program cost is $249 for September, $249 for October, and $249 for November (depending on when Winter Season Sports)
- 3 month commitment required
