Athlete Strength and Conditioning
Small groups of athletes are provided with hands on instruction from start to finish. Coaches will lead the athletes through explosive speed work, strength training, plyometric based movements and dynamic flexibility training. Session is designed based on a 10-12 week model proven to deliver the most effective results possible so that you can take your results directly to the playing surface.
Total Body Conditioning
Join an existing small group of clients or sign up with a few friends for one of our most popular offerings. Each one hour session will feature an extensive warm up progression plus a high intensity, circuit based workout designed for maximum fat loss. Prices are determined by the number of sessions per week.
Team Training
STS is prepared to offer onsite training for your team. We can train whole teams at a time at your location/convenience in the areas of speed development, strength training, plyometric based exercise, and dynamic flexibility training.
